Remember POCO F1, the device that came with flagship specs and competitive pricing. After that, there were other POCO phones released, but none of them had a breakthrough specification list. However, today, POCO announced its flagship smartphone, the X3 Pro.

The POCO X3 Pro is the first phone to be powered by Snapdragon 860 processor. This is an 8-core chipset made using a 7nm processing technology. POCO X3 Pro comes with LiquidCool Plus cooling solution with an enlarged copper heat pipe and multiple layers of graphite that work together to reduce the device’s thermal capacity. The device also comes with UFS3.1 for enhanced access to storage.

The POCO X3 Pro display measures 6.67-inch FHD+ and has a display refresh rate of 120Hz. This is an intelligent display refresh rate that adjusts as per the content on the screen. This allows the phone’s refresh rate to go up for high-capacity situations like gaming and down for lighter operations like reading or watching a movie.

POCO X3 Pro comes with a 48-megapixel primary camera. It has a quad-camera setup, consisting of a Computer Vision Image signal processor, 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera with f/2.2 aperture and 118° FoV, 2-megapixel macro camera and a depth sensor for portraiture. The front selfie camera is 20-megapixel.

The device supports 4K video recording at 30/60fps and comes with several features including smooth video zoom, focus peaking and AE/AF lock along with Vlog mode, to capture high-res videos. In addition, it will come with features such as Night mode 2.0, Long exposure, Clone Photo and Video mode, to allow creators to move and do more beyond basic smartphone photography.

With a massive 5160mAh battery, POCO X3 Pro offers the meatiest battery in its category. It comes with MMT tech, a split charge technology that allows better charge time in a shorter span of time and also protects the battery health cycle for the longer run. The device also comes with an in-box fast 33W Type-C charger and supports USB PD charge at 26W, the fastest PD support in its segment.

POCO X3 Pro is paired with a dual-stereo speaker setup and is high-res audio and is aptX HD certified. Featuring smart functionality, the speakers on the device have the ability to self-clean, ensuring steady operation and clear audio quality in the longer run. POCO X3 Pro also features IP53 certification that ensures protection from dust and water ingress.

POCO X3 Pro will be available in three colour variants Graphite Black, Steel Blue, and Golden Bronze via Flipkart starting 06 April 2021. There are two versions available, a 6GB + 128GB variant that will retail for Rs. 18,999 and 8GB + 128GB variant for Rs. 20,999.

Buyers will also be able to avail up to Rs. 1,000 instant discount with ICICI debit and credit cards.
