Samsung announced a flurry of mobile technologies at the Mobile Solutions Forum in Taiwan today and I’m sure if we were to pack all of it in a single phone, it would be one hell of a device. The technologies were aimed towards increasing performance while reducing power consumption which heartily welcomed a new ARM Cortex-A8 1GHz processor, 5MP SoC capable of recording video in full HD and integrating a capacitive touchscreen on the Mobile Display Driver IC. Samsung also announced to increase the production of OneDRAM, a fusion memory for mobile phones and showed a SoC compatible with China Multimedia Mobile broadcasting standard.
