Motorola announces edge 30 pro with 60-megapixel selfie camera

Motorola launched the edge 30 pro flagship device powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 gen 1 processor. Motorola edge 30 pro is also loaded in terms of its imaging capabilities. It comes with the highest-resolution selfie camera, a 60-megapixel lens, 50-megapixel primary camera with all-pixel instant focus technology and 50-megapixel ultra-wide and macro camera.

The smartphone features a 6.7-inch OLED display with HDR10+ display capability. The screen has a refresh rate of 144 Hz. The new chipset in the smartphone, Snapdragon 8 gen 1, provides 30% more power and 25% more efficiency as compared to the previous generation. Also, with the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in everything from photography to gaming and connectivity, the user experience will be enhanced. Additionally, Motorola edge 30 pro is also powered by the latest LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage to further amplify the performance of the device and is powered by the Snapdragon X65 Modem RF-System, which can connect to 5G networks (supports 13 5G bands) with blazing-fast speeds. It also makes the most of the new Wi-Fi 6 GHz spectrum and can connect at even faster Gigabit speeds using Wi-Fi 6E. The device also supports 3 Carrier Aggregation and 4X4 MIMO for enhanced connectivity and faster data speeds even over 4G networks.

The Motorola edge 30 pro comes runs on near-Stock Android 12 experience along with ThinkShield for mobile security. It also comes with the new and improved version of Ready For. Spawning a new breed of connected devices, the ready for feature ensures a hassle-free and wireless connection to a TV to play mobile games, make video calls, or use your phone’s apps on a big screen. Motorola edge 30 pro features a 4800mAh battery that supports fast charging of up to 68W which Motorola calls as TurboPower.

Motorola edge 30 pro will be available with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage with two colour options: Cosmos Blue and Stardust White. It will retail at a price of Rs. 49,999. During the launch, customers using SBI credit cards will get an Rs. 5,000 instant discount, taking the price down to Rs. 44,999.
