Toshiba has expanded its tablet lineup with the new 7-inch Thrive. Toshiba claims Thrive is the first 7-inch tablet “done right” for United States that comes with an HD display supporting up to 1280×800 resolution. The Thrive 7-inch runs Android’s latest Honeycomb 3.2 OS and features Nvidia’s Tegra 2 dual-core processor, Wi-Fi, GPS, two HD cameras – 5MP at the back and 2MP on the front, miniUSB and micro HDMI ports, microSD card slot and 16 / 32GB of internal storage.

Thrive 7-inch will be widely available in United States in December.
