Asus has added EB1501U and EB1012U to its portfolio. Now if you remember, these Eee Box PCs are spec-wise and aesthetically similar to their predecessors except for one thing – the USB 3.0 connectivity. But if we’re considering everything else, we’re looking at the same ION-powered EB1501 and EB1012.

To rehash rest of the specs, the Eee Box PCs still have dual core Atom 330 CPU, 250GB HDD, 2GB RAM (upgradeable to 4GB), Wi-Fi, card reader, Ethernet, USB 2.0 ports, HDMI-out, eSATA and card reader. Few differences between both these models are that EB1501U adopts a curvy design, has a DVD writer and 2 USB 3.0 ports.

No word on the price or availability.
