Well, we’re just a week away from Google unveiling the Nexus One but here we’ve got the possible pricing, thanks to a leaked document. According to the doc, the unlocked phone will be sold by Google for $530. But if subsidized rates appeal you more, the Google phone will set you back by $180 provided you commit to a 2-year contract and go for a plan costing $80 each month.
