Google Nexus One now compatible with AT&T and Rogers 3G band; can be shipped to Canada

March 16, 2010 By Kinjal Sangoi 1 Comment

Nexus One

Google’s Nexus One does work with almost every GSM operator due to its factory unlocked settings but it cannot take advantage of 3G from operators operating on a different band. AT&T and Rogers Wireless were one of them, which is why Google has announced a compatible version of Nexus One that will support 3G network of AT&T in US or Rogers Wireless in Canada.

Google also announced to ship the device to Canada from their online store. Needless to say, rest of the features will be the same.
