Samsung has launched a low-end option for MetroPCS users. The SCH-R420 aka Tint won’t give you anything extraordinary except for the interchangeable faceplates. Rest of the features include SMS, MMS, IM, email, Bluetooth, integrated camera, loudspeaker and ChatLINK which works like a walkie-talkie and with the push of a button calls up the preset contacts.

The phone is available now for a price of $30 – $50 depending on what plan you go for.
