Amazon launches Prime service in India

Amazon today launched its Prime service for the Indian market. This premium service offers a number of privileges that you wouldn’t get usually with a normal Amazon account. Starting today, Amazon customers can start the 60-day trial service and take advantage of unlimited free 1-day and 2-day delivery, early access to Lightning Deals and free streaming to videos under Prime Video.

Although Prime Video is listed as coming soon, users can sign up now with a trial, followed up with an introductory annual price of Rs. 499.
