Asus Eee Keyboard

What was a prototype at CES a few months back, is now a product waiting to be mass produced and hit the retail shelves. According to Asus’ chairman Jonney Shih, they are planning to release the Eee Keyboard by Q2 of this year. It will come in two flavors, a wired HDMI version and a wireless HDMI version. Shih refrained from giving the exact pricing of the models but confirmed that the wired version will cost somewhere around $400 while the wireless around $600.

Specifications-wise, the Eee Keyboard has an Intel Atom processor, 1GB RAM, 16 or 32GB SSD, Wi-Fi, HDMI, Bluetooth and USB ports.
