Our favorite Taiwanese rumormonger has struck again, this time bring us some scoop regarding Nokia. Apparently, according to Digitimes who talked to a few “upstream component makers,” Nokia is preparing a tablet device to take on the iPad. The tablet A screen size will most likely be a 7- or a 9-inch one and surprisingly, will be produced by Foxconn, who produces most Apple gadgets like iPhone, iPads etc.

The unconfirmed report also mentions that Nokia might go with MeeGo as the default OS option and not Windows.
