iPad Wi-Fi + 3G available in stores from April 30

Apple has announced the shipping date of iPad’s Wi-Fi + 3G model. US customers who’ve pre-ordered the device will receive the device from April 30 and will also be available for purchase from Apple Retail Stores on the same day from 5PM.
The 3G equipped models are priced $130 higher than the Wi-Fi only iPad models. The 16GB iPad Wi-Fi + 3G model will cost $629, 32GB for $729 and 64GB for $829.
Apple had started selling the Wi-Fi only iPad from early this month and sold more than 300,000 units on the first day itself.
International consumers will have both the models of iPad from early May.

I’m glad I pre-ordered my 3G iPad on the first day. I’ll be waiting patiently on Friday, April 30th for the UPS or FedEx guy to show up with my magical device. I’m also looking forward to being able to use my iPad where ever I go and not have to rely on finding a WiFi hotspot. AT&T works well in my area.
