Nokia N-Gage that had got a resurrection in 2008 as a gaming platform will be shut down in September 2010. Nokia announced to end its platform because Ovi Store handles all the software requirements of Nokia devices and the games too, will be sold in the same store.

As for N-Gage, Nokia won’t publish any new games (all games will be available at the Ovi Store) but users can purchase existing games from them until the end of September 2010. After the stipulated period, Nokia will not only stop selling games but also plug off the N-Gage Arena and other community features.
