Acer Liquid is first Android phone with Snapdragon processor

Acer has announced the Liquid phone, the first Android from Acer as well as the first Android device to be powered by Qualcomm’s powerful Snapdragon processor. The Liquid will run Android 1.6 OS and feature a WVGA touchscreen display, GPS, 5MP auto focus camera and also smooth rendering of 3D content.
Acer Liquid will also have a new UI to give easy access to entertainment and web bookmarks, contact integration of status and content updates from Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Picasa and Flickr and an exclusive Spinlets app to stream music and video.

What a beast! I mean a 1GHZ processor in a mobile phone, that should be a fast handset. The Acer also looks very nice, definitely inspired by their Notebook line. I am curious when the Liquid will arrive in stores.
