T-Mobile today announced Pulse making it the third phone on the network to run the Android OS. The new device has been made by Huawei and is said to be exclusive to T-Mobile. The 13.5mm thin device packs a 3.5-inch HVGA touchscreen display, HSDPA, Wi-Fi , GPS, 3.2MP autofocus camera, microSD card slot and 2.5mm headphone jack (also bundles a convertible adapter, in case you want to use your regular 3.5mm headset).
Huawei has also got a customized UI and though it may not look as promising as HTC’s Sense UI, it sure is a worthy addition. The homescreen dubbed as Canvas are customizable homepages that can have widgets, shortcuts on each canvas. Six come by default but one executive claims up to 40 are supported.
T-Mobile will first launch the device in UK in October and will be available on Pay as you to (Prepaid) for £179.99.
