Dell Alienware’s allpowerful M17x notebook has been launched in India. The M17x for the uninitiated is one of the powerful gaming laptops money can buy. We spent considerable time with it and we’ll confess it is beautiful and not to forget, power packed. It’s a bit on the heavy side (weighs over 5kgs) but that is justified with the type of hardware it houses.

Its specs include 17-inch 1200p WUXGA display, Core 2 Extreme processor, up to 8GB DDR3 RAM, dual 1GB Nvidia GeForce GTX 260M or 280M, up to 1TB HDD or 512GB SSD, slot-loading Blu-ray drive, eSATA/USB 2.0 port, HDMI-out, DisplayPort and a 9-cell battery.

It will be available from the end of this month in Black and Silver at a starting price of Rs. 139,000.
