Well yes, it’s rumor time. Digitimes’ sources from Taiwan have got some interesting info regarding the launch of future smartphones from Acer. Apparently, four smartphones namely, A1, C1/E1, F1 and L1 will make its way out by the end of September and in the fourth quarter, presumably early Q4.

Off the four, A1 will be based on Android platform while the rest of the lineup will be powered by Windows Mobile 6.5. On the other hand, F1′s interestingness comes with the inclusion of Snapdragon platform but the remaining ones will just be cheap offerings to cater to the lower end of the smartphone market.
