Nokia 3720 leaks, claims to be water and dustproof

I am sure had this been another run of the mill Nokia handset, it wouldn’t have captured much attention but since it has now, let me tell you what this baby possesses. Internal features-wise there’s nothing to talk about but it’s the outer part that complies with the IP54 certification. Yup, it’s Nokia’s first water and dustproof device (with the certification) that will mostly be announced in September. T-Mobile is rumored to be the official carrier.

Correction, Nokia had a waterproof phone ages ago and then they stopped manufacturing it. Sorry I don’t remember the model name, but it was there!

@AussieSheila: It was Nokia 5500 Sport. Thanks for correcting, 3720 will be the first IP54 certified Nokia.
