If you’ve a love for art, for netbooks and the most important thing in today’s time – lots of money, then there’s a specially designed Acer Aspire One for you to splurge. There’s nothing to cheer on the specifications as it’s the old 8.9-inch model but it’s the design for which you’re paying.

Painted by UFO-Hayashi, the netbook is given the ‘kyo-yu-ZEN’ treatment which is said to be Japan’s most traditional painting method. Here is the official explanation:

“This painting describes about the spring of the life. It means that the spring must come after the long winter in your life. Three circle symbols are used by Radens that are carved and sculpted from Japanese sakura-shells. A lot of lames are made by shaved natural Nautilus. These works took 3 month to complete.”

Currently bidding at eBay for $3000.
