Orange UK launches affordable touchscreen Vegas phone

Blighty users looking for a touchscreen phone that doesn’t burn a hole in your pocket can pick up Orange’s new Vegas phone. The phone is somewhat similar to HTC’s first Touch phone but bears a different D-pad and call/reject buttons. Anyways, this Pay as you Go phone costs £48.50 (€54 or $71) and comes with one-touch UI, 2.4-inch QVGA screen, Bluetooth, music player, FM Radio, 1.3MP camera,GPRS (no EDGE), microSD card support, talktime of 3 hours and color selection of cutesy Pink or manly Black. For now, the phone is exclusive to Orange UK only but expect it to hit other Orange operated markets soon.
