iPod Nano class action suit settled, Apple to pay $22M as compensation

A three-and-a-half year legal battle between the Apple and iPod Nano users has finally come to an end. As a part of the settlement, Apple will shell out $22.5 million to the 1G iPod Nano users including $4.5M as attorney fees. The customer needs to duly fill out the claim form to receive $25 or $15 in case the player was bundled with a free slip case.
