A not so famous Simmtronics Semiconductors has announced their run-of-the-mill netbook. The 10.2-inch netbook has the same N270 Intel Atom processor running at a clock speed of 1.6GHz, 1GB RAM, 120GB HDD, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, webcam and is equipped with a 4-cell battery.

With no marketing strategy planned for the netbook, its national sales head is confident of selling 400 units by the end of the year after being launched on 15th December. It will come in three colors – Red, Black, White and will sell for Rs. 21,999 plus the taxes.

Oh and did I mention that this netbook is the replica of the purported HIS netbook?
