Creative has announced a new PMP which is known as the ZEN Vision W. The highlight of this PMP is its 4.3″ TFT widescreen display with a ratio of 16:9. It will come in two storage capacities; 30GB and 60GB and the 30GB one will be premiering today at the COMEX 2006 in Singapore. The audio formats supported are MP3/WMA/WAV; video formats include WMV9, MPEG1, MPEG2, MPEG4-SP, MJPEG, DivX 4.x/5.x, XviD-SP whereas JPEG for images.
Other features include TV-Out, USB 2.0, PIM functionality and a CF card slot which enables a user to directly transfer images or any other data without the use of PC. Creative suggests the audio playback time of up to 13 hours and video playback of up to 4.5 hours. 30GB will retail from today at a price of $413 and 60GB by the September end at a price of $477.
