Yesterday we showed you a PMP with 100GB HDD and today a PMP by Bluedot which runs on Linux OS. The BMP-1430 has a 30GB HDD, 4.3″ touch screen with handwriting recognition, wired remote, FM tuner, image viewer and support for Linux apps makes a good choice over the conventional PMPs available in the market. The audio formats include MP3, WMA, OGG, Dolby, WAV, FLAC and MPEG-1/2/4, WMV7/8/9, XviD for video formats.

This PMP will go on sale in Japan next week at a price of 70,000 Yen which comes to around $614. The video playback is pretty good which can go on for 7 hours and 10 hours for the audio playback.
