Casio has announced EXILIM ZOOM, EX-Z1000 digital camera which has a 10 megapixel sensor. The camera boasts a 2.8″ LCD screen for previewing shots and has 3x optical zoom. The Anti-Shake DSP feature helps reduce blurring. Battery life is great which can take 360 shots per charge, a quick start up and rapid flash function which helps to take three pics per second.

All this for $683 and is expected to hit stores in mid-May.
