LG unveils Bendable 5K OLED Gaming Monitor

LG 45GX990A is world's first Bendable OLED Gaming Monitor

CES 2025 is just around the corner but LG couldn’t wait for a week and officially confirmed a stellar addition to the UltraGear GX9 series. Winner of three CES 2025 Innovation Awards, the 45GX990A is the world’s first OLED Bendable Gaming Monitor that features 5K resolution. The 45-inch monitor can be used as a flat-screen or can be changed into a curved display (900R curvature). It also features an ultra-fast 0.03ms GtG response time and Dual-Mode that allows one-touch switching of preset screen resolution and refresh rate.

To complement the flagship monitor, LG also announced a curved 45GX950A 45-inch model that features 800R curvature compared to the bendable model. Additionally, both monitors come with DisplayPort 2.1, HDMI 2.1, USB-C with 90W power delivery, support for variable refresh rate (VRR), and certified with NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro for a tear-free gaming experience.

Finally, LG added the 39GX90SA –a 39-inch curved monitor with 21:9 aspect ratio and webOS, giving access to several entertainment apps, allowing it to be used as a TV.
