Motorola announces its budget phone moto g13

Motorola has announced the launch of its new smartphone in the ‘g’ series franchise, the moto g13. This is a budget smartphone featuring an acrylic glass (PMMA) body and comes with a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display with 90Hz refresh rate. moto g13 is powered by MediaTek Helio G85 processor. The phone comes with 4GB RAM, however, has the option of 64GB or 128GB as internal storage.

In terms of cameras, the moto g13 comes with a 50-megapixel primary camera and 2-megapixel macro and depth sensors. The moto g13 has an 8-megapixel front camera.

moto g13 comes with Android 13 and Motorola also assures the upgrade to Android 14 and 3 years of security updates. The phone has a 5000mAh battery with 10W charging support. It also features stereo speakers tuned by Dolby Atmos.

The power button doubles up as a fingerprint sensor. moto g13 also comes with Motorola’s proprietary business-grade security – ThinkShield for Mobile and is IP52 rated that is a water-repellent design.

moto g13 comes in two colours – Matte Charcoal and Lavender Blue. The smartphone will go on sale starting 5th April 2023 on Flipkart, Motorola.in and leading retail stores.

The 4GB RAM + 128GB storage version is priced at Rs. 9,999 and the 4GB RAM + 64GB Storage version is priced at Rs. 9,499.
