New iPhones are here with fast processor and powerful cameras

Apple officially unveiled new iPhones today. Earlier the new lineup of iPhones had leaked with their detailed specifications and photos. All the iPhones are powered by Apple’s A13 Bionic chip. The notch on new iPhones are the same however features enhanced Face ID which is 30% faster than the previos generation. Other common things between the new iPhones are the 12-megapixel front camera which also now takes slow-motion videos and 4K videos. The new iPhones also support WiFi 6 and will run on iOS 13 which will release on 19 September for iPhone 6S and above. Below we detail the new three iPhone specifications –

iPhone 11
The successor to the iPhone XR, the iPhone 11 features a 6.1-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 1792×828 pixels at 326ppi. The phone comes with 4GB RAM and has storage options of 64GB/256GB/512GB. iPhone 11 comes in six new colours like purple, green, yellow, black, white and PRODUCT(RED).

This time Apple will also bundle 18W power adapter in the retail box. Apple says that the iPhone 11 features the toughest glass ever in a smartphone. It is also IP68 certified for water resistance up to 2 meters for up to 30 minutes.

Apple’s focus on the new iPhones is the cameras. The iPhone 11 comes with a dual rear camera of 12-megapixel, featuring one ultra-wide sensor and a wide sensor. The phone also supports 4K video recording with extended dynamic range. The dual-camera system lets users easily zoom between each camera while Audio Zoom matches the audio to the video framing for more dynamic sound. iPhone 11 also supports dual-SIM with the eSIM setup and runs on the iOS 13. iPhone 11 range starts from Rs. 64,900 and will be available starting 27 September.

iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max

The next up in the line are the iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro phones which as per Apple are the most powerful and advanced smartphones they have ever made. iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max features a textured matte glass back and polished stainless steel band. Like the iPhone 11, these phones are also IP68 certified. The iPhone 11 Pro features 5.8-inch OLED screen and the iPhone 11 Pro Max has a 6.5-inch screen. Both these iPhones have 12-megapixel Ultra Wide, Wide and Telephoto cameras. As per Apple, both these iPhones feature the highest quality video ever in a smartphone. Each camera is capable of recording 4K videos with extended dynamic range and cinematic video stabilization. They also offer a wider field of view and large focal plane. The new TrueDepth camera (front camera) is 12-megapixel with a wider field of view to capture selfies. The front camera can now also record slow-motion videos in 4K which Apple calls as Slofies.

These phones come in storage options of 64GB/256GB/512GB. The battery in iPhone 11 Pro lasts up to 4 hours longer than iPhone XS and the iPhone Pro Max battery lasts up to 5 hours longer. iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max come in midnight green, space gray, silver and gold finishes. The iPhone 11 Pro will start from Rs. 99,000 and the iPhone 11 Pro Max from Rs. 109,900. These phones will be available from 27 September.
