OPPO gives a glimpse of ‘Waterfall Screen’ display technology

OPPO has been one of the leading innovators when it comes to smartphone design and features. Having taken the lead by implementing the in-screen fingerprint display, today, OPPO gave a glimpse to the world of its upcoming display technology called ‘Waterfall Screen’. Featuring a borderless display, the screen on the phone curves on both sides. With no buttons seen on the phone on its side, it would be interesting to see the display-to-screen ratio of this phone and also the functioning of the controls like Power, Volume and others.


OPPO in its tweet revealed the prototype. We can surely expect OPPO’s upcoming flagship to feature this display technology. The prototype is compared next to the OPPO Find X, which makes us speculate that it could also be a successor to the Find X.
