Update: OPPO announces its flip phone, the Find N2 Flip, starts from Rs.89,999

OPPO announced the global availability of its flagship phone, the Find N2 Flip. The foldable smartphone combines the largest cover screen of its kind with best-in-class battery life and the fastest charging speeds on any flip phone.

OPPO’s debut flip phone, the Find N2 Flip, is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ processor with ultra-fast 5G connectivity, a Sony IMX890 camera system, the MariSilicon X NPU for low-light 4K videography, Hasselblad colour tones in photos, as well as SUPERVOOC flash charging.

The Find N2 Flip features a large 3.26-inch cover screen. The OPPO Find N2 Flip includes widgets and offers screen space to showcase information, including as many as six notifications. The large viewing area also enhances the use of the cover display as a camera viewfinder.

The OPPO Find N2 Flip’s vertically-oriented cover screen enables quick replies to messages in apps like Messenger, Slack, Telegram, and WhatsApp. You can toggle settings, record a voice note, or answer a call without opening your phone. And with less need to engage fully, you can take back control of your digital well-being.

The OPPO Find N2 Flip’s 6.8-inch AMOLED display provides an cinematic 21:9 aspect ratio, and 1600 nits of brightness. It comes with a 120Hz refresh rate for a smooth user experience.

Find N2 Flip’s flagship 50-megapixel main camera features a large Sony IMX890 sensor, with a large-aperture f/1.8 lens. It has a 32-megapixel selfie camera. The OPPO Find N2 Flip is fine-tuned to capture pro-grade colours co-developed with the camera manufacturer Hasselblad.

The OPPO Find N2 Flip is TÜV Rheinland certified to withstand 4,00,000-fold and unfolds – the equivalent of opening and closing the phone 100 times daily for more than ten years. Under extreme conditions ranging from -20 degrees C to 50 degrees C and 95 per cent humidity, the OPPO Find N2 Flip has been tested to surpass over 1,00,000-fold and unfold cycles.

OPPO Find N2 Flip features a 4300mAh battery and supports 44W SUPERVOOC fast charging. OPPO is yet to announce the India availability and pricing. The phone will directly take on the Samsung Flip 4.

Oppo Find N2 Flip will sell from Rs 89,999 and will be available from 17 March. There are cashback offers and additionally, users can also get a loyalty bonus of Rs 5,000 by exchanging an old Oppo smartphone, while non-Oppo smartphones can fetch Rs 2,000.
