Microsoft launches the Surface Book 2 and Surface Laptop in India

Microsoft India today launched the Surface Book 2 and Surface laptop. Surface Book 2 features PixelSense display and is up to five times more powerful than the original Surface Book. It is a 2-in-1 device that can also be used as a tablet. The Surface Book 2 is powered by 8th Gen Intel Dual-Core or Quad-Core processors and NVIDIA GeForce GPUs. It also features USB Type-A and USB Type-C ports. The Surface Book 2 offers four different modes of usage, Studio Mode, Laptop Mode, View Mode, or even Tablet mode by simply detaching the screen. Surface Book 2 comes in 13.5-inch and 15-inch screens and has a 17-hour battery life.

Surface Laptop is a sleek, elegant clamshell device. Powered by 7th generation Intel Core processor and up to 14.5 hours of battery life, the laptop weighs 1.25 kilograms and is less than 14.5mm thin making it an ideal portable workstation.

The Surface Laptop also features a signature keyboard covered in luxurious Alcantara material. Surface Laptop comes with Windows 10 in the S model and features InstantOn for quick bootup.

Both these devices will be available at online and offline stores. The pricing for various configurations are listed below:
