The successor to Windows 10, Windows 11 has leaked online before the actual launch. The leak reveals complete details on the UI and the new Start menu that now takes the centre space. The new UI images of the OS were leaked on Chinese portal Baidu. While Windows 11 builds on the design from Windows 10, it has rounded corners in context menus, apps, and File Explorer. Windows 11 will also make effective use of animations.
Windows 11 also introduces new snap controls that you can access from the maximize button on all apps. Just like the cascade windows function using this feature one can snap windows side by side, or arrange them in sections on your desktop. Windows 11 will also feature light mode and dark mode.
Microsoft will be holding a special Windows event on 24 June to launch Windows 11.
