Extending its BRAVIA series, Sony today announced its newest Smart TV with 4K HDR processor, the KD-65Z9D. This 65-inch Z9D series TV features the newly developed 4K image processor – X1 Extreme and a unique backlight technology – Backlight Master Drive. Sony says that due to these technologies it offers even more impressive visual experience with more depth, texture and realism on the screen.
The Z9D series is powered by Android Marshmallow and comes with an expandable memory where users can use USB drive for extra app storage. It also features Google Cast so that users can stream content from their mobile phones or tablets on the TV. Other Apps like Google Play, Opera TV store, Opera Browser and Netflix are also pre-loaded. The remote of the TV features the inbuilt Program guide and can control both TV and DTH/STB. This is also a 3D TV and the 3D glasses are sold separately.
The BRAVIA KD-65Z9D will set you back by Rs.504,900 and the pre-bookings will start from 15th October to 31st October at all Sony Centers.
