First unveiled at CES this year, Sony has announced their new A1 series OLED TVs in India. The TVs come in 55-inch and 65-inch and boast a lot of new features like the One Slate concept that incorporates different functions within the screen itself. The new A1 series also features Acoustic Surface audio tech that emanates audio directly from the screen itself whereas the subwoofer behind the TV offers deep bass for ultimate viewing experience.
On the picture front, the TV is equipped with Sony’s Triluminos display for improved colours, X1 Extreme processor and 4K X-Reality PRO for better 4K HDR processing and support for Dolby Vision, which is Dolby’s take on HDR.
Just like the previous flagship, the new Bravia A1 also runs Android TV (Nougat) that brings support for a wide variety of apps, easy casting, voice search and more.
The TVs will go on sale from August 4 but can be pre-booked from August 1 to August 15 where every buyer will get a free PS4.
The 55-inch A1 is priced at Rs. 3,64,900 and 65-inch A1 is priced at Rs. 4,64,900.
