Mi Pad gets a price reduction, now retails for Rs.10,999

Mi India announced the new pricing of the Mi Pad (16GB). Launched at Rs.12,999, starting today Mi Pad will be available for Rs 10,999, down Rs 2,000 from the original launch price. The Mi Pad is exclusively available on Mi.com and Flipkart.com.

The price is pretty interesting due to the fact that it is a power packed tablet with Tegra K1 2.2GHz quad-core processor on board, 2GB RAM, 7.9-inch 2048×1536 pixel resolution display, 8 megapixel main and 5 megapixel front-facing cameras, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11ac, microSD card slot supporting up to 128GB and 6700mAh battery with a battery life of up to 11 hours.
