India has been one of the important markets for Xiaomi and it was evident today when Xiaomi’s Hugo Barra took the centerstage to announce the Mi 4i. The phone’s unveiling is first in the world, which makes the announcement more special.
The Mi 4i is the affordable version of Xiaomi’s flagship phone – Mi 4i and features a 5-inch Full HD display with second generation Snapdragon 615 octa-core 1.7GHz processor. The phone runs MIUI 6 over a forked Android Lollipop version and features 2GB RAM, 16GB internal memory, 13 megapixel snapper at the back with 5 megapixel on the front. It also comes with a 3120mAh battery and expandable memory.
The registration for Xiaomi Mi 4i has begun in Flipkart and will go on sale from April 30 for Rs. 12,999.
The phone will also go on sale soon on other retailers like Snapdeal, Amazon, MI and more.
