Apple just released the iOS 7.1 update for all the iOS 7 running devices. This is the first major update for the new iOS after Apple seeded the first iOS 7.1 update back in November. The iOS 7.1 is packed with features and performance improvements like CarPlay – which Apple announced recently for a better in-car entertainment experience, improved Siri, iTunes Radio, better accessibility, new camera setting to automatically enable HDR more for iPhone 5s, improved Touch ID fingerprint recognition, better iPhone 4 performance and lots more.
However, if you use the jailbreak, you should stay away from the update as it patches the bug that allowed devs to jailbreak iOS 7 running device.
