BlackBerry reveals BBM 2.0 for Android and iOS

BlackBerry has announced a major update to its BBM app for Android and iOS. The update v2.0 brings lots of new features that were restricted to BBM on BlackBerry 10 till now. The biggest inclusion is BBM Voice that will enable BBM users on any platform to carry out voice calls for free on Wi-Fi or data connection.

BBM 2.0 also brings location sharing for a specific amount of time, improved picture and voice notes support, Dropbox integration, new emoticons, larger BBM groups and BBM Channels.

The update on both the platforms will be available soon.
