You must have seen this portable jammer which seems to be a weakling if you compare it with CJAM 1000.

This portable jammer lets you jam pagers, cell phones, wi-fi or any other microwave frequency for up to 1 km around your location. So if you wanna call someone, you have to deactivate this jammer and call. It also has fingerprint recognition so it does not fall in wrong hands. Lastly, you cannot buy this one coz they are selling only to government related agencies.
