HTC has announced that they’ve acquired a Paris-based company Abaxia. Abaxia customizes software for mobile operators and if that calls for any wild guesses, we could say that HTC might want to help operators customize its Sense UI according their needs. But as I said, it’s a wild guess so we’ll have to actually wait to see their efforts.

“The addition of Abaxia deepen and broaden our software development capabilities so that we can innovate at an even faster pace,” said Peter Chou, CEO, HTC Corp.
