Asus has just unveiled the Asus NUC 14 Pro AI. This innovative device marks a significant milestone as the world’s first mini PC featuring Intel Core Ultra processors with integrated Microsoft Copilot+.
At the heart of this technological marvel lies its impressive AI capabilities. Powered by Intel Core Ultra 9 processors (Series 2), the NUC 14 Pro AI delivers an astounding 120 platform TOPS and 48 NPU TOPS, translating to three times the AI performance of its predecessors, making it a perfect fit for commercial applications, edge computing, and IoT solutions.
Additionally, it features an Intel Arc GPU with Xe2 Architecture that delivers 67 TOPS of graphics performance, enhanced by Xe Super Scaling technology and Intel Xe Matrix Extensions, and integration of LPDDR5x-8533 MT/s memory.
One of the most compelling features is the integration of Microsoft Copilot+. The device comes with a dedicated Copilot button, built-in microphone, and speaker for seamless voice-controlled AI interactions. Running on Windows 11, Copilot serves as an intelligent assistant, drawing from both local and web sources to enhance productivity and creativity.
Despite its compact 0.6-liter chassis, it’s built for continuous operation with advanced thermal management and comprehensive security features, including Secure Boot, TPM, and fingerprint recognition. The device’s connectivity options are Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and Thunderbolt 4 capabilities.
Asus is yet to confirm the price or availability for the Indian market but expect it to be available sometime in January 2025.
