Acer branded Smart TVs are coming soon to India

The television sector seems to be the next gold rush for consumer electronic companies. Taiwan-based Acer today confirmed that Acer-branded Smart TVs will soon launch in India. TVs ranging from 32-inches to 70-inches will be sold online on Amazon and Flipkart from next month.

Acer is an old name when and offers some decent display solutions like monitors but we are not sure what are they bringing to the table with the upcoming TVs as it seems like a licensing play with Bengaluru-based Indkal Technologies.
