realme X2
realme has had an exciting 2019 in terms of its smartphone sales and launching new products. Keeping the momentum, realme today announced its mid-tier premium phone, the realme X2. The realme X2 is powered by Snapdragon 730G SoC and comes in various memory and storage options. realme X2 is the successor to the realme XT and comes with 4000mAh battery that supports 30W VOOC flash charging. As per realme, this is the fastest charging mid-range smartphone.

realme X2 has a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display with a dew-drop notch and is protected by Gorilla Glass 5. With narrow bezels, the realme X2 has a 91.9%. screen-to-body ratio. realme X2 has an in-display fingerprint sensor powered by Goodix 3.0 which doubles the sensitivity area, increases the signal intensity by 40%, and unlocks the phone in just .36 seconds. The phone supports Dolby Atmos sound effects and has customised sound effects for cinema, game, and music.

In terms of photography, realme X2 has a 64-megapixel primary camera, 8-megapixel wide-angle lens, 2-megapixel portrait lens, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. The front camera is 32-megapixel. The camera also features an advanced version of Nightscape 2.0 for photos in the dark.

realme X2 comes in 3 variants – 4GB+64GB, 6GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB and is priced at Rs.16,999, Rs. 18,999 and Rs. 19,999 respectively. The phone comes in three colour options – Pearl Green, Pearl White, and Pearl Blue. realme X2 will go on sale from 20 December, 12 noon on realme.com, flipkart.com, and stores. realme will also launch the special Star Wars edition of X2 which will feature exclusive wallpapers, themes, icons of the movie.

Along with realme X2, the highlight product that realme launched is the realme Buds Air. Going by the looks and features, we can say that as Airpods are to iPhones, Air Buds are to Android phones. realme Buds Air is cheaper compared to the Apple Airpods, however, they are nothing short on performance. They come with a 12mm dynamic bass boost driver, offer 17-hour playback and also support wireless charging. One can also charge the Buds Air via the Type-C cable bundled in the pack. They work on Bluetooth 5.0 and also feature Super Low-latency Mode that reduces latency by 51%, thus ensuring perfect sync between visuals and sounds. This is ideal for gamers.

The realme Buds Air supports intelligent touch operation and provides smart controls to answer/ end calls, switch music, launch voice assistant and enter/exit performance mode with a touch. One can use the built-in Google Assistant for a handsfree experience to control their smartphones.

The best thing about Buds Air is that they are priced at Rs. 3,999 and are available on sale on Flipkart and realme website.
