OPPO has expanded its R7 family with a new device at the GITEX show in Dubai. The global launch of R7s makes UAE as OPPO’s hub in the MENA region and makes the device one of the firsts from OPPO to sport 4GB RAM.
Apart from the humongous RAM, rest of the specs are actually mediocre. The phone is powered by Snapdragon 615 processor and ColorOS 2.1 that is based on Android 5.1.
Additionally, the phone has a 5.5-inch Full HD AMOLED display, 3070mAh battery with VOOC fast charging, 32GB internal memory with microSD card slot, 13 megapixel rear-facing camera and 8 megapixel on the front.
OPPO hasn’t confirmed the Indian availability but starting next month, the company will start selling Starting in Singapore, Australia, Taiwan, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand, as well as MENA regions. Consumers in Europe and the USA will be able to purchase the R7s on the OPPO style website in December.
