Toshiba launches Windows based tablets in India

Toshiba launched its Windows 8.1 tablet ‘WT-8’, powered by Intel Atom Processor. The 8-inch screen sized tablet features HD resolution, 10-point multi-touch display, sound by Dolby Digital Plus and preloaded apps like Xbox Music and Video, Kindle Reader, Skype and a one year subscription to Office 365.

Toshiba claims up to a 10-hour battery life for general usage and up to 8 hours of video playback for the WT-8. The WT-8 features 1GB RAM and 32GB SSD storage. It also supports micro-SD cards up to 128GB. The main camera is 5-megapixels and the rear camera is 1.2-megapixel. Besides others, it also features WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity.

WT-8 retails for Rs.15,490 and is exclusively available on Amazon.in.
