Android 4.4 KitKat update available for Zenfone 4 (A400CG)

Asus has started rolling out the Android 4.4 KitKat update for its Zenfone 4 (A400CG) smartphone. The update not only upgrades the phone’s Android OS to the latest version but also brings in updates to the ZenUI, camera, photo editing and various other features.

The MR8 over-the-air update now comes with a Do Not Disturb mode, filter effects for videos, dual standby for dual SIMs, improved image stabilisation and data migration support.

The phone also brings support for 24-hour format, user-adjustable widget transparency, swipe to skip cards and Quick Action Button to what’s next notification.
