HTC outs Butterfly S Hello Kitty Edition in Taiwan

Butterfly S Hello Kitty Edition

Given how Hello Kitty is a rage in some Asian countries, HTC is set out to tap the audience with a Hello Kitty Edition of the Butterfly S. The device is pretty much the same as the original Butterfly S but it has a large Hello Kitty logo at the back and pre-loaded wallpaper.

Hardware-wise, Butterfly S is more or less similar to the HTC One but features Snapdragon 600 1.9GHz quad-core processor, 2GB RAM, 5-inch full HD SLCD3 display, GPS, UltraPixel camera with BSI sensor, 16GB internal memory with microSD card slot and a huge 3200mAh battery.

The phone will sell in limited numbers in Taiwan but there’s no info if HTC will release it internationally.
