Cisco last week announced their Smart Wi-Fi routers for the Indian market. The routers – EA2700, EA3500 and EA4500 take advantage of Cisco’s Connect Cloud platform that allows users to remotely control and interact with the network and the connected devices. With the help of Cisco Connect Cloud and mobile apps, a user can protect the network from vulnerable and offensive sites, stream content from the network to the phone or the tablet, monitor devices that go online on the network and more.
All the routers are equipped with Wireless N dual-band, 4 Gigabit ports, parental controls, guest mode and IPV6 support. The EA3500 and EA4500 also feature a USB port and DLNA support for the high-end EA4500.
The EA2700, EA3500 and EA4500 are priced at Rs. 9,499, Rs. 12,499 and Rs. 14,999 respectively.
