Samsung intros Galaxy S WiFi 4.2 PMP

Is 3.6-inch and 4-inch display size small for you and 5-inch a little big? Well, Samsung has announced a new PMP that boasts a display size of 4.2-inches with resolution support of 800×480 pixels (WVGA). Interestingly, the PMP has an IPS panel, which apparently is the first time Samsung has used in its Galaxy range of devices.

Anyways, the Galaxy S WiFi 4.2 aims for the gaming crowd which comes preloaded with an EA Game (NFS: Hot Pursuit). On the hardware front, it is powered by a single-core 1GHz processor, Android 2.3 OS Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, variety of multimedia codec support, SoundAlive audio tech, Allshare, ChatON messaging service, Samsung Hub support, 8 and 16GB internal memory, microSD card slot and 1,500mAh battery.
