LG has announced a new series of notebooks that will go on sale later this month. The Blade series, which currently comprises of P430 (14-inch) and P530 (15.6-inch) notebooks go for the ultra-slim design with a slim bezel and body.
Both notebooks have a depth of 4.5mm (P430) and 4.7mm (P530) with screens measuring 50 percent thinner and bezels narrowing by 40 percent than any other notebooks in its class.
However, slimness does not compromise on the performance as the notebooks are equipped with second-gen Intel Core i7 CPU, Nvidia GT520M graphics, up to 8GB RAM, up to 750GB HDD, 1.3MP HD camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, HDMI, card reader and a 6-cell battery.
The notebooks will be released by end of May and will be gradually rolled out in Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Asia.
